On August 7, 2024, the “China Guangxi-Laos Technical Cooperation Poverty Reduction Project Launch Ceremony” grandly held in Jinhu Village, Saisathan District, Vientiane City, Laos, was undertaken by Jiejia Run Technology Group Co., Ltd.

On that day, Deputy Director of the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Laos, Pasamon Thanass, Sainyabuli Province Governor Vankham Syhak, Deputy Director of the Foreign-Funded Projects Development Center for Rural Revitalization of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Yang Mei, representatives from the Vientiane Municipality’s Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the project team of JJR Group gathered together.

The “China Guangxi-Laos Technical Cooperation Poverty Reduction Project” has received aid funds from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. It is a project jointly implemented by the Chinese and Lao governments in Jinhu Village under the Belt and Road Initiative, aiming to develop modern vegetable farming using new technologies. As a leader in agricultural technology,JJR will introduce intelligent irrigation systems, efficient greenhouses, and other modern agricultural technologies to Laos, with the goal of improving local agricultural production efficiency and promoting the modernization of agriculture.

We believe that the introduction of these technologies will greatly improve the production conditions for farmers in Laos, increase the yield and quality of agricultural products, and bring real economic benefits to them. The level of agricultural modernization in Laos will be significantly improved, and both the quantity and quality of agricultural products will grow. Looking to the future, we are confident that under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, cooperation between China and Laos in the field of agriculture will become even closer, and JJR will continue to leverage its strengths to contribute more to the global process of agricultural modernization.
