On June 4, Guangxi China-Israel Water and Fertilizer Integration Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiarun, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Syngenta Group China – Sinochem Fertilizer South China Region in Nanning. Attending the signing ceremony were relevant leaders including Liu Jie, General Manager of Syngenta Group China – Sinochem Fertilizer South China Region, Liu Sha, Deputy General Manager of Syngenta Group China – Sinochem Fertilizer South China Region, Wen Bidang, Chairman of Jiarun Technology Group, Huang Wenjuan, Deputy General Manager of Jiarun Technology Group, and Qin Jingyuan, General Manager of Guangxi China-Israel Water and Fertilizer Integration Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
This strategic signing adheres to the principle of “long-term orientation, complementary advantages, mutual benefits, and win-win cooperation”. It authorizes Guangxi China-Israel Water Fertilizer Integrated Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to sell all plant protection products of Syngenta Group China – Sinochem Fertilizer Distribution in all planting bases within Guangxi Province, and establishes a strategic partnership. The cooperation covers multiple aspects including pesticide resources, production, distribution, and agricultural technology services. It fully utilizes both parties’ advantages in upstream production resources and downstream sales channels, expanding cooperation in pesticides and services in an all-round way, aiming to provide farmers with higher quality and more comprehensive integrated agricultural services.
